What should I wear?
Comfortable exercise clothes that let you have full range of motion but also form fitting.
MEN: Bike shorts underneath basketball shorts and t-shirt.
WOMEN: Yoga pants and a slim-fitting T-shirt or tank top are great. We suggest that long hair be tied back, and remove any jewelry for safety purposes. Socks are mandatory for hygiene purposes. Toesox are available for sale in our studio.

How often should I do Pilates/Gyrotonic and how long does it take to see?
Pilates should be done 2-3 times per week.  As Joseph Pilates said, “You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, and have a completely new body in 30 sessions.” 

Will I lose weight from Pilates?
While one will burn calories from the resistance training, Pilates training coupled with some cardio, like jogging or biking, and a sensible diet can result in weight loss.
